I am writing to thank you very much for your kind hospitality and support for the filming session that took place at Winslow House last Thursday. Everyone concerned was very appreciative of the kindness and assistance provided by you and your staff. We were also extremely grateful to all your residents who accommodated us and the disruption caused by having the filming team within the home. I am sorry that I did not have the opportunity to meet you.

I am writing to thank you all the staff at Winslow House for the great care you all gave my Ma. She was always happy and contented at Winslow House and my knowing that she was happy and well cared for gave me peace of mind.
